
Each group provides a space to process and learn tools for self-regulation as we navigate parent/caregiver and child challenges.
Mindful MOMents
Learn how to be the safe space our children need us to be—inviting them into our calm when sometimes their world feels chaotic. Feeling triggered by our children—either by their actions, words, or experiences—is normal. Transformation occurs when we can feel safe within our own bodies to gain the ability to respond to the situation rather than react. The goal is to learn navigation tools for our own internal reactions so that in return, we can respond in healthy ways externally—thus providing tools for our children on how to navigate the waves of big feelings during their childhood.
Group sessions are 6-8 weeks in length. Each group is closed - meaning the same 5-6 people will be a part of the series for the set amount of time. This allows continuity, community, and support building on previous sessions together.
