A therapist who is there for you, so that you can be there for them.

My Name is Angie Witt, and I bring over two decades of experience supporting parents, educators, and students through life’s challenges. I have experience working with children, parents, and teachers who are struggling with regulation and processing emotions that surface, which impacts the environment both at home and in school.

My Approach is non-pathologizing and strengths-based supporting the integration of mind and body by bringing awareness to the surface while engaging in one’s thoughts, beliefs, inner strengths, and resources. Each client is unique. We will work together to understand how I can best help.

My hope is to provide a safe space where my clients will learn about themselves through connection, support, and knowledge fostering self-compassion and curiosity.

"Connection is the energy that is created between people

when they feel seen, heard, and valued."
— Brené Brown

Angie provides trauma informed mental health care in California and Colorado.

Caring for children is not for the faint of heart. The most vulnerable among us do not come with instruction manuals for how to care for them well. By doing the work within ourselves to stay present within our bodies and minds, we can fully embrace the children entrusted to us. They are learning FROM US how to navigate this world.
